•  All wood and paper-based products must adhere to FSC guidelines.
• Clients may request documentation verifying the sustainable origin of raw materials.

2.Ethical Manufacturing:

• MNT operates under the WCA Achievement Award standards.
• We strictly prohibit forced labor and ensure a safe, healthy working environment for all staff.

3.Order Confirmation:

• Orders are officially recognized only upon the signing of a formal contract and the receipt of the agreed-upon deposit.

4.Custom Design Rights:

• For customized packaging like printed Kraft bags or tote bags, the client is responsible for ensuring they own the rights to the artwork provided.

5.Quality Inspection:

• While MNT performs internal laboratory testing, clients have the right to appoint a third-party inspector to verify the goods at our facility before shipment.

6.Shipping and Packaging:

• Products are packed according to international export standards to ensure safety during sea or air transit.

7.Intellectual Property:

• All proprietary manufacturing processes and machinery designs used in MNT factories remain the exclusive property of the company.

8.Technical Accuracy:

• For industrial products like gears and mesh, technical tolerances must fall within the range specified in the approved engineering drawings.

9.Environmental Responsibility:

• We encourage partners to prioritize our compostable bagasse and paper solutions to support global sustainability goals.

10.Force Majeure:

• MNT is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or global supply chain disruptions.
