This website is for business enquiries. Its content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation or contract.
Quotations and orders
Specifications, MOQ, pricing, currency, lead time, packing and delivery terms are binding only when confirmed in writing by MNT and, where applicable, in a signed agreement or purchase order.
Samples and product development
Sample timing, tooling, materials, testing, approval and related charges are confirmed for each programme. Product changes may affect cost and delivery.
Quality and delivery
Quality criteria, inspection standards, shipping terms and document requirements are agreed per order. MNT coordinates production and export within the confirmed commercial terms.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party must protect the other party’s confidential business information. Product artwork, specifications and intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners unless agreed otherwise in writing.
